The concrete is ground open and every crack repaired, so the coating bonds into the slab, not onto it.

Moisture-tolerant primer, then your body coat: flake, metallic, quartz or solid, at full thickness for your traffic.

UV-stable, chemical-resistant clear. Walk on it next morning, park in 48-72 hours. We leave it cleaner than we found it.

Every slab is different, so we price it in person. We measure, moisture-test the concrete and hand you a fixed written quote on the spot. The visit is free.
Can you coat over my painted floor?+
Old paint and failed coatings get ground off completely during prep. Coating over them is how floors peel, so we don't do it.
Is it slippery when wet?+
Flake and quartz systems have built-in texture, and we can add anti-slip grit to any topcoat. It is standard on pool decks and entries.
Will it hold up to Miami humidity and sun?+
Yes. Every slab is moisture-tested first, primed with a moisture-tolerant primer and finished with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat that won't amber in the sun.
